ABOUT COLLEGE

N.D.R.K. First Grade College, Hassan was started during the year 1977-78 with the object of providing better educational opportunities to the students in and around Hassan City under the able and efficient leadership of late Smt. Narayani D R Karigowda and Late Sri D R Karigowda. The college which came into existence in a humble way with just 25 students, is at present imparting education to more than 1200 students every year in the Degree Courses of Arts, Commerce, Business Management and Science. Location: The college is situated at the center of Hassan city Behind D. R. KARIGOWDA RESIDENCY B. M. ROAD, It is housed in its own building with wide play ground around. The Hassan City is known for excellent Educational Institutions in the field of Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, Dental, Hotel Management and Law since few decades. The city has the convenience of a Railway Junction, Airport in Bangalore and is also connected by roads.
